certification and calibration for Oil & Gas, Marine, manufacturing Industries as well as Primary commodities. We provide Personalized Customer-Tailored services locally and worldwide through our agents. B.J. Oluwadiya

Mr. Oluwadiya has a well-rounded experience in Oil, Banking and Financial Services Industries. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Stock Brokers. He started his career as an Accountant with Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited where he worked in various positions within the Finance Controller’s Department before joining Abacus Securities Limited as the pioneer General Manager. Mr. Oluwadiya’s banking career started in Grindlays Merchant Bank of Nigeria Limited where he rose to the position of Assistant General Manager (Corporate Banking) before he was seconded to Sydney, Australia for two years to work for the Australia and New Zealand Banking Group (ANZ) – the parent company of Grindlays Bank Plc, London. During the secondment, Mr. Oluwadiya was well exposed to International Banking, Funds Management, Property Financing and Mortgage Securitization with the ANZ Group.

T O Kolawole

Mr. Kolawole holds a Masters Degree in Banking and Finance from Nigeria’s premier University of Ibadan. He worked in two major banks, First Bank Plc and National Bank of Nigeria Limited where he rose to the position of a District Manager. He has been in private business since 1990. In 1992, he joined SWEDE CONTROL NIGERIA LIMITED first as a Consultant and later as a full time operative involved in the day to day administration and operations. Swede Control is a world class rated Pre-shipment Inspection Company affiliated to Inchcape Testing Services now known as INTERTEK TESTING SERVICES (ITS). Swede Control has been working with the Federal Government of Nigeria since 1984 as one of the five Pre-Shipment inspection companies. His major activities included formulation of company policies, liaison with Issuing and Inspection offices in all the countries covered by the contract. In 1996, he joined ISC SERVICES LIMITED, which was engaged by the Federal Government of Nigeria to replace SGS and BUREAU VERITAS. Mr. Kolawole started of the operations right from the inception as the Chief Executive and Liaison Officer of the company.

John Erinne

DR. JOHN ERINNE is a Chemical Engineer of over thirty years standing, having taken a B. Sc. From University of Lagos in 1977, an M. Sc. from Strathclyde University, Glasgow, UK, 1979 and a Ph. D. from University of Technology, Loughborough, UK, 1982. He has had vast experience in very reputable international companies: ICI in the Paints Division, SHELL in the Upstream Petroleum Sector and TEXACO in the Downstream Petroleum Sector. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer Matrix Petro-Chem Limited, a Nigerian Oil & Gas Services company with focus on Chemical and Pipeline Services. Dr. Erinne is a COREN registered Professional Engineer in Nigeria, as well as Fellow of Nigeria Society of Chemical Engineers (NSChE) and the Nigerian Society of Engineers (NSE). He is also a member of Nigerian Gas Association (NGA) and Tribology Society of Nigeria (TSN). He is presently the President of Nigerian Society of Chemical Engineers.

Ayo Kolawole

Mr. Ayo Kolawole holds a Higher National Diploma in Marine Transportation from Yaba College of Technology. He worked with the Department of Customs and Excise Services and retired as a Principal Collector II. He has been in private business since 1987 as the Managing Director/CEO of Mak Investment Limited, a company that is involved in Marine and Ports Operation. Presently, He is the Managing Director/CEO of Nigerian Maritime Services Ltd, a company that is also involved in marine and ports operation.

S. O. Iheosonye

Operations Manager Mr. Sunday Iheosonye holds a degree in Accounting from the Lagos State University, Certificates in Oil and Gas Cargo Survey from Zim-Z Oil and Gas Institute, Lagos, Oil Field Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Management from Michael Morgan Consulting, Lagos, Petroleum Products Marketing Psychology, Oil & Gas Project Management, Negotiation Skills and Extra Value Services from the Petroleum Product Marketing Professional (PPMP), Lagos and is presently in-view of a Professional Advanced Diploma (PGD) in Logistics and Transport from the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport (CILT), Nigeria in collaboration with the Nigerian Institute of Transport Technology (NITT), Zaria. He started his career in April 2001 as a Cargo Surveyor with MOHAB Universal Marine Services Ltd, one of the pioneer cargo surveying companies appointed by the Nigerian Ports Authority to report on the actual quantity of cargo discharged from Ocean Vessels / Tankers at the sea ports so as to checkmate the occurrence of under-payment of actual duties through under-declaration of cargo by some Shipping Companies and Consignees that defraud the Nigerian Ports Authority of huge revenues. This contract elapsed in February 2004. Since then he has worked with several inspection / cargo surveying companies such as Intertek Testing Services (ITS Calebrett), Translog Shipping Nigeria Ltd, COTECNA Inspection Nigeria Ltd and COTECK Commercial Inspection Ltd as Cargo Surveyor, Operations Supervisor, and as Manager, Marine / Port Operation, Logistics & Inspection Services. He has professional trainings and years of experience in cargo survey and inspections in the oil and gas industry, commodities and solid minerals inspections. Reports from such surveys and inspections are used for trade facilitation purposes on the part of Clients, and revenue generation purposes on the part of Government.
